I feel the staff members are thorough, reliable and honest. The products that are used appear to clean surfaces. I have had Merry Maids clean my condo for many years and have experienced few issues.

They actually showed up and did a good job. That alone was worth it. The people who showed up were familiar with my set up and I'd like to have the same people as much as possible. They also said they'd be willing to come back
