They were very thorough about going through the rooms and the items in each room to be paid attention to.

Though they missed a couple of items, specifically a shelf in a closet and tile backsplash in the kitchen, I found they did a very good job.

I would also prefer for them to have stayed while I did a post-cleaning walk through so those items could have been addressed.

Otherwise, I was very happy with their professionalism and enthusiasm.

Likewise, the carpet cleaning crew did a wonderful, timely job and even pointed out some trouble spot that I had not previously noticed.

The cleaners eye just so nice, and my apartment looks fantastic! The only suggestion fur improvement I have is that you guys used glass cleaner on my wood furniture the timer before last. It looked clean enough but I worry it could damage the finish.

Everything you do is of the highest order of excellence, and so is your beautiful spirit. Your teams make everything so sparkling and fresh, and they never make me feel that coming to help clean my tiny home is a burden to them. They are always thorough and clean everything with professional skill. And are always respectful of my cats, and take good care of them, too, without frightening them, or letting them out the door. You are always so accommodating when I call, about scheduling, or needing to change an appointment, because of teaching from home, at the moment.
