You guys do a fairly good job, I just don't like that the ladies did not ask me to check everything. I noticed some things that needed to be cleaned, but they were gone already. This was my first time using your services, so I would assume that the office would of called to confirm that I was happy, but that did not. You guys need to work on your customer services.

Very nice and polite ladies. They were on time and were cleaning for 3 1/2 hours. Continually working. Everything was done as expected.... The two women worked very hard. All the products they used were effective and made the house smell clean, they also were very effective on cleaning as well. I would definitely use their services again.

Let me start by saying the ladies that came to my home did an excellent job. I love the convenience of the service and the deep cleaning that they provided in my kitchen and bathroom is phenomenal it looks like a new home I am very pleased with merry maids and will definitely use them in the future!

Francisco and Eva seemed to know exactly what was to be done and did it methodically and quickly. The products had a fresh, non-chemical scent. Everything shown bright when they left.
One thing I wondered I thought: It seems like it could be convenient for the cleaners to have a client's contact information so they could notify if they are running late.
