I've used Merry Maids for years but dropped the service a couple years ago when I lost my job. I just resumed the service and had my first cleaning with this crew a week ago. They were very thorough and left the house looking fantastic. They suggested vacuuming our rough-sawn cedar beams that are difficult to dust, and they did a great job on them. I don't know what magic product they use on the kitchen stove top but they get that cleaner than I've ever been able to do.

They do not waste time and are very efficient in their work. They are accommodating and helpful. The products are perfect. They do not have a strong odor or fragrance. Decent quality of cleaning though sometimes the cleaning outcomes are variable. Sometimes one person shows to clean (more recent) other times 2 staff. I think 2 people creates the ability to attend to details. Last cleaning was very good with one person - lot of work for one person and we keep our place pretty clean in between visits.

The team is very efficient and thorough, saving me from having to do the work myself which gives me more time. They take my wishes seriously, such as not using "smelly" products and not leaving residues behind on surfaces. I like the local office confirming when the team will arrive a day beforehand. And I like the same people coming to my house so they know what I like and don't like. Thank you!
