Cleaning staff work hard and do a good job. They are polite and on time. Cleaning products are not toxic. I’m a senior and sensitive to some products. I’m home on cleaning days. Dave and Brenda in the office have been responsive and helpful in setting up scheduling and payment. Most recent service was an apartment move-out cleaning. It looks great!

This is the 2nd Merry Maids franchise I have employed in two different states. Both have been very good.
The two women who have been cleaning at my home are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. They do not need direction but listen to my requests and are quick to follow through.

Everyone you have sent has been phenomenal! It would be nice if it was the same group more than two weeks in a row so we could get to know them.

We have been with Merry Maids for awhile now. The cleaning provided is very consistent week to week. If there is ever an issue (rare), Merry Maids always come through and provides excellent customer. I am comfortable with the service and business.

This was my first time using Merry Maids. I was very pleased with them. From setting up the appointment, which was done the first time. They answered the phones quickly, they were friendly and helped to set an appointment at my convenience.

When time had come the 2 women were prompt, friendly and asked where I would like them to start and they proceeded to work. They were efficient, through, cleaned up everything as they were going out the door. I would certainly call Merry Maids again if and when I need their help.
