Merry Maids tries very hard to do a good job in my home. The last employee that came and serviced my home did a wonderful job. She took her time and it showed! I really feel that one hour is not enough time to clean a home. And that shows also. Lauren was wonderful and even asked my husband if he approved of her work, and he did. I know it was very difficult for her to come in and clean up as the home had not been cleaned well for awhile, but she didn't complain just dug in and worked.

Our Merry Maid is Colleen. She always comes into our home with a smile and ready to go. We love the clean and pleasant smell of her cleaning solutions she uses. When she is working, she always has "help" from one of our cats that follows her around. I have used Merry Maids in the past when I lived in DeKalb and didn't hesitate to call them when we wanted to use them in Rockford. We love Colleen and would never want to change.
