I like almost everything except the new vacuum cleaners...too heavy, bulky, strapping them on is nuisance so most do not putting them and the stuff around them at greater risk. Also, they do not do the job as well as the others. Better to go back to the 2 than continue with something that is inferior in quality.

Every effort was made to find out my cleaning needs. The first service person did not seem to be what I had expected. After speaking with Holly, she assigned another young lady who did a thorough cleaning, I was very happy with the manner in which she worked. When she left, my house was shinny clean and smelled very nice. I have since talked with Holly who told me that Erika, the girl who had been here, will be my Merry Maid. That made my day. I would recommend Merry Maids to anyone who was looking for a cleaning service.

What I like best is that I have the same girl each time. She may or may not have a helper, but by having the same girl all the time I feel as though I get the consistancy. She knows my home and she knows me! For a while I did not get that consistancy from Merry Maids but over the last year I have. Colleen does a fantastic job for us!
