The Roscoe branch of Merry Maids aims to please. They are extremely accommodating and will do whatever it takes to ensure their customers are always 100% pleased. A woman named Erica has now cleaned our home twice. After the first time, I was asked to give details about the work she had done and made a few comments regarding the things she could do next time to improve. I was amazed at how hard Erica worked the second time to make sure she met our expectations. We were very pleased with all aspects of her cleaning and look forward to having Erica come back. I love the fact that Katie and her coworker worked hard all day to clean my filthy house. They made my house sparkle so that I'm proud of it again. They didn't cut corners - they did a thorough job. At the end of the day, when I would have been exhausted, Katie was still friendly, kind, and professional. I am so impressed and extremely grateful!

I like that I am getting the same girl every time who has become familiar with my house. I think that when you have that kind of conisistancy you get a good cleaning. Colleen has been coming steadily all year and she does a great job! WHen she has a partner, she is still the lead!

My wife and I are very happy with the fine work of your ladies. When there is a problem, you have always been there to resolve it quickly. Adam did a FANTASTIC job in our kitchen and bathrooms! He got grease in the kitchen that has been eluding us for years!

Honestly I was on the verge of cancelling our service. Ever since Tiffany stopped coming earlier this year we have had marginally good cleaning. Sometimes so bad that I was very upset. These past two services have been done by Angie and I have to say she is the BEST! Definitely goes above and beyond what anyone else has ever done. Please keep Angie coming and we'll be fine. (If Angie is new to Merry Maids then she should train the ones that have been there longer. She cares about her work and it shows!)

Adam did a fantastic job. I came home to find that he went above and beyond by cleaning my light in the kitchen. I am unable to do so and wondered how I would get this taken care of. My house looked perfect. This is an employee who cares about what he does. I would like to request Adam to personally clean my house. It is piece of mind to know you can trust someone to care about your home. Adam stands for awesome.
