We were very pleased with Emily and Caitlyn, the two young women that arrived to tidy up Mom's place. They were delightful, professional, thorough and efficient. The service was incredible. The text letting me know they had arrived and when they were finished was nice. Coming home my house smelled amazing. The house looked great. I was truly impressed in the bathrooms... they had folded the toilet paper, did a nice fancy fold on my towels, and inside the shower all my products had been wiped down and perfectly faced. It felt as if i were in a luxurious hotel at that point.
My favorite product would have to be whatever they used on my floors. I have dark bamboo flooring and when i clean it i always see toeprints in the wood a few days after. It's been 6 days since my cleaning and not a print to be seen.
I wil be highly recommending Merry Maids to family, friends, and co workers.
