It's extremely important to do business with a company that is professional, thorough, AND make it easy to contract with. Merry Maids hits all 3 of these critical factors +10! I especially appreciate the ease in being able to contract with Merry Maids. Having text reminders, a text to be able to track the service technician and the flexibility in scheduling. The technician who performed our cleaning did an excellent job and even left a personal note for us which left a personal touch. We were so very impressed with the technician, the performance and the overall company service delivery that we contracted for a second property. I've shared my experience with my network of professional contacts and my personal friends. I highly recommend Merry Maids and will be using their service on a more frequent basis.

Attention to detail on the floors- all the floors in our home- dining room, kitchen, basement/rec room and bathrooms- get very dirty with 2 little boys and pets running around. Finally the floors are getting the attention they need. Thanks also for picking up and cleaning around/ under the items on the counter tops! No one else has picked up and cleaned around the baby bottle drying rack! Also picking up and cleaning around all the toys in the kids play room. Thank you!

We especially like the choice we have where you do something extra like lemon oil the cabinets or wash the wood, etc.

My 91 year old mother decided she didn't want to clean her apartment any longer, so we decided to give Merry Maids a try. We were very pleased with Emily and Caitlyn, the two young women that arrived to tidy up Mom's place. They were delightful, professional, thorough and efficient. We arranged for Emily and Caitlyn to return every other week. Thank you!

The service was incredible. The text letting me know they had arrived and when they were finished was nice. Coming home my house smelled amazing. The house looked great. I was truly impressed in the bathrooms... they had folded the toilet paper, did a nice fancy fold on my towels, and inside the shower all my products had been wiped down and perfectly faced. It felt as if i were in a luxurious hotel at that point.
My favorite product would have to be whatever they used on my floors. I have dark bamboo flooring and when i clean it i always see toeprints in the wood a few days after. It's been 6 days since my cleaning and not a print to be seen.
I wil be highly recommending Merry Maids to family, friends, and co workers.
