Our hardwood floors have always been a major issue. Our maid, Sue, continues to try new things and I applaud her for going the extra mile in looking for solutions. The only complaint I might have is that it doesn't "smell" clean when we come home. We have 2 big dogs that live w/ us, so we understand that part, but would like a little extra carpet fresh or cleaners on our floors. It's always nice to come home to a freshly smelling clean home.

Most importantly, you're very thorough!

I liket the fact that everything is cleaned. Not too much is missed. Love the feeling of coming home and walking into a clean house. A few times there were some special attention to towels foled and toilet tissue folded nice. It made it feef special when you came home.

I've used 2 other cleaning services before Merry Maids and they didn't compare to the cleanliness that I receive from Merry Maids. They do a great job each time, not just the first few visits. Even when we have a new person assigned to our home, they do a great job. We have only had a few minor comments and Merry Maids responded and resolved them immediately.

Enjoy coming home to a clean home,sparkling kitchen & baths and love seeing a vacuumed carpet.

I left a note for Gina that they could clean extra room and that they didn't have to do the master bath everytime they come, because I am only using the other bathroom. So Gina left me a note about what they did and it was great.

Merry Maids always does a good job. I love not having to do all that detail cleaning anymore.

When I return home at the end of the day after the Merry Maids have cleaned, my home smells really good! I love the way they specially fold the towels in the bathroom -- it makes it look very fancy. I just love love love having this service!!!! They do such a better and more thorough job than I could ever do!
