I really appreciate the representative who cleans our home. She is always prompt, professional, and efficient. Our home is clean and beautiful. We enjoy this service because we are older and not physically able to keep things tidy like the Merry Maids representative. My only concern is that we did share Merry Maids contact information with several friends and they were told that new customers were not being accepted. That really bothered me because we're asked repeatedly "would you recommend Merry Maids to friends and family?"

We love our Merry Maids lady, Leslie. She always arrives with a smile and leaves our home clean and shining. Even when our Leslie is on vacation, Merry Maids sends another person to clean of the same caliber as her. I have used Merry Maids for many years now and have always been very pleased with their work.

I was very satisfied with my cleaner. Although my expectations were higher, I couldn't find a reason to be upset. It would be nice to know that dishes are not included. But I would definitely use the service on a regular basis.

We get the same person every time and she’s very Efficient. They use their own products and work in a timely manner. The company communications are great too. They do all the hard work for me. Cleaning the floors and the price is right. I do not feel over charged. I have a big house and there is no way I could keep up the cleaning on my own. I’m so happy to have this service at a very affordable price too. I highly recommend this company.
