tHE FACT THAT I DON'T HAVE TO DO IT! The thing I don't like is...the little stickers on everything. I like the ladies who come her; they are very nice!

The steam floor cleaner is better for me using no chemicals..
The bathrooms are cleaned well. I like extra attention on those.
The kitchen is also ok. But there has been a couple of times where the back splash and counters have had grease still on them and the small appliances have not been moved to clean..{guess it depends on who cleans that day}
Overall my team at Merry Maids do well...
