My house always looks good when you are through. My main complaint is the dusting. It seems to me flat surfaces should be dusted. Very often the dusting is missed in places.

The products are very good, but the services are truly outstanding. I particularly like the fact that my Merry Maid chooses the areas requiring particular attention.

I liked when the employees left the "duty sheet" telling me who was there and which rooms received extra cleaning - this no longer is happening which is disappointing. I would like to know the name of the person who has been in my house and specifically what they have accomplished.
