The regular time for service, having the same persons and knowing that they aare bonded and you are the employer who pays their social security, insurance, etc. Miss Simon as he was able to change the ceiling light bulbs along with his good work ethic.

Dependable and efficient, with great communication regarding arrival and departure. They have never had an issue with disarming or rearming the house alarm amd they are always courteous and accommodating. Especially nice to have the same cleaners more than once and am very impressed that the employees stay with the company so long, as it's a difficult industry to keep people. Management must be doing something right and it certainly reflects in the emoyees attitudes and performance, which is what I see. As the customer, this what I have observed and experienced, during the last two years. Great job by all involved- keep up the good work !

Everything. Yesterday I got out of bed and said I don't have to do anything today. I always had a cleaning person when I worked up north. So I had weekends free. Now my days are what I want them to be. Thank you so much. I have even been telling people in the grocery store today about Merry Maids. WHAT ELSE DO I HAVE TO DO? I truly Liked The Ladies That came to my home and did such a great job of cleaning it.

Similarly, if one cleaner quits, another cleaner from Merry Maids can take over. I don’t have to find someone else to clean.

Merry Maids stand behind their cleaners. I don’t have to worry about theft, etc.

The people are very nice and do excellent work. I love coming home to a nice smelling house.

I LOVE Merry Maids. They do an incredible job for a reasonable price. Last time they were here, some nasty kids in the neighborhood had turned off my water (I am only at this house for visits) and they STILL cleaned using the water from outside faucet. And called me so I knew there was an issue. MERRY MAIDS ARE AWESOME!!!

They were getting a little lax with the dusting.
But otherwise, all is good.
But I'm happy to have Mia back!

Quality job, house looks and smells great when they are finished.

Thought ladies did a nice efficient job.
I did find after they left, that I failed to check second bathrm toilet.
This house was left very dirty by a renter.
Under rim of toilet in second bathrm
Was still black.
I had this cleaned for a friend before she moves back in.
Now I need to purchase a toilet brush etc to get this cleaned properly.
Ladies were very nice, had i noticed before they left, I know they would have gone back and made sure it was clean. My fault

The workers who come are professional and go about the work nicely.

They do a good job and if they don't I can call a company and not have to talk to the individuals who do the work

It is because the the ladies I have to do my house needs, they are very good to do the needed
cleaning that is required and all ways stay as long as it is to complete the cleaning needs.
