My regular 'maid' Jen (Goodman) is a workaholic, wants to please, is fun to have around, and always brings merry into our home. She has five cats and one happy little pooch to contend with and they all love her as well. I am completely comfortable with Jan being here if my husband and I are not here - she knows the pet routine (one cat is an escape artist) and no one gets out on her watch! I love her work ethic, her professionalism, her honesty, her cheerfulness, and the care she takes of all kinds of breakable knick knacks which are very precious to me. I have watched her mentor newbies, and she is a caring and positive role model to them. In this house, she is family! When she leaves, I have a clean main floor - fantastic. Although I'm a total 'green' product person, I have no complaints with whatever products provided her by your company - they work, the house smells great when she is finished, and I am a VERY happy camper.

George is personable, friendly + polite. He's ambitious + a hard worker + works very quickly. He's usually by himself, but manages to cover the whole house in a short amount of time. The service is professional, caring, and excellent from the the scheduler to the estimater to the cleaners. The cleaning was thorough and the products made the house smell fresh and clean not chemically smelling at all! Our children love the stickers on the toilet paper😂😂!! The kids even noticed how much cleaner the house was compared to our last service. Merry Maids in West Chester is the only cleaners I will ever use!!! There is just no comparison to their amazing service.
