I choose Merry Maids because I felt their employees were going to be paid a fair salary and are people I can trust in my home- rather than paying under the table and never knowing who is coming each week (and that that the "staff" would make pennies for all their hard work). The service has been great. My house is very well taken care of and I trust who is in my home.

I pretty much have Nellie use my own products. I'm extremely happy with Nellie and feel like I never have to be home. She does a fantastic job cleaning and she pays attention to detail.

Your Merry Maid is very efficient and cheerful using good products that clean well and leave a nice scent afterwards in my condo.

J must admit that the initial cleaning spoiled me for the monthly cleanings, bu obvioussly there was quire a lot of past cleaning to make up for. Ironically I ha suggested that my cousin in Fairield,Ct call for an interview - she did, will use the Merry Maid Services, lives in a 3 bedroom home - and will be paying less. Obviously a franchise decision. I'm more than happy with your service and will continue to recommend.

I like the customer service. In addition, I like that Merry maids stands behind there work. They will send someone back out to re-do job to customer satisfaction; no questions asked. Finally, I like the fact that Merry Maids try and send the same person to do the job.
