I like that I have a scheduled visit and they are always there when they say they will be. They are always respectful of any note I leave them for certain areas I think they need to attend to. I like that I never have to worry about providing cleaning supplies, et cetera. I have had this service since the early 2000's and I love it.

My Merry Maid, Maggie, has done a wonderful job of cleaning for me and does it all with a smile. Your products leave my apt. nice and clean but I do miss the special cinnamon spray that you have discontinued.

Not sure what products they use my house stays dust free and bathrooms shine from visit to visit so I never have to worry about coming home from work to do anything.:-)
