I am missing part of a towel rack, though. I hope that the same person can return to clean the ceiling in the family room with a special extender. I also hope she can return to try to remove a stain on a ceramic tile floor! She works very hard. Our cabinets look new!

The cleaning staff is dependable and keeps the house generally clean. If I clean myself I get bogged down in trying to see that one area is really clean and then never get to the rest. They keep things looking overall clean which works better.

Melanie is meticulous - we have a busy life with two school aged children and two full time working parents - and I have my own parent's to care for in their home....Melanie always takes time to clean thoroughly -- she picks up for me and is just FANTASTIC! I don't know what I'd do without her weekly cleaning.

The product you use on the wood floor is really nice, and so is whatever you use as an air freshener (a bit like cedar and cinnamon).
