Living with pets can create a bit of a mess, so it's great that the staff are willing to help out and keep my home clean and orderly. The two ladies who cleaned our daughter's apartment were extremely professional and kind and did a wonderful job cleaning up the apartment. The Merry Maids are very helpful here at my house. I can’t clean the way I used to and it is good for me to have someone come in and vacuum and scrub. I always feel better after they leave. I have a clean house to live in again.

Very reliable service. Pleasant people, both the workers and the office folks. The products appear to be good. The wooden floor looks great. The oven cleaning did not leave an unpleasant smell. Not sure what kind of chemicals are used but they must be good!

I like that Merry Maids is so flexible with my sometimes irregular schedule. I find that it is always easy to get in touch with the team and that any miscommunications are quickly resolved. Sadie is very professional and is quite lovely to speak with over the phone. Patricia, who services my home, always leaves the place spotless. I am so happy that I found Merry Maids upon moving to Durham.
