The Merry Maids are very good at cleaning my house. They scrub the bathroom, vacuum my rugs, dust high and low and clean the kitchen including the floor.

I like the people. I wish the same people came each week when they service my house, this would give them a chance to know my house better.

Merry Maids is easy to work with in regards to scheduling. The prices are fair based on what other cleaning services charge. The cleaning teams are very friendly and do a good job. If they don't do something that is on their list I nicely remind them.and it's done. I try to get the same ladies, sometimes but can't do to scheduling conflicts. Whomever is sent usually does a thorough job cleaning. I've had family emergencies and Merry Maids has been very understanding if I have to reschedule my appointment at the last minute. The only issue I've had is that most of the ladies that come are Hispanic. Some speak very little English and at times, not all the time it has been hard to communicate. Usually the lead lady's English is better than her partners and she'll translate in Spanish.

Merry Maids has been helping me for many years. They do a great job. They are flexible in scheduling around holidays and vacations. I feel comfortable with them.

The ladies do a good job cleaning. If something is missed I remind them, and that item/area is taken care of.

I don't know what the ladies used to clean my glass top stove, but I could never get it to look like after they had cleaned. Shiny and no streaks.

The teams are excellent. I have never had an unsatisfactory with Merry Maids. I have been with them off and on for more than 15 years.
