It is always so nice to come home from work and walk in to a fresh and clean house! Living with pets can create a bit of a mess, so it's great that the staff are willing to help out and keep my home clean and orderly. And they are always so nice to my dog - he loves when they come visit! Thank you for the exceptional service!

The Merry Maids are very helpful here at my house. I can’t clean the way I used to and it is good for me to have someone come in and vacuum and scrub. I always feel better after they leave. I have a clean house to live in again.

Very reliable service. Pleasant people, both the workers and the office folks. The products appear to be good. The wooden floor looks great. The oven cleaning did not leave an unpleasant smell. Not sure what kind of chemicals are used but they must be good!

I like that Merry Maids is so flexible with my sometimes irregular schedule. I find that it is always easy to get in touch with the team and that any miscommunications are quickly resolved. Sadie is very professional and is quite lovely to speak with over the phone. Patricia, who services my home, always leaves the place spotless. I am so happy that I found Merry Maids upon moving to Durham.

I like that I can depend on the service every month. The ladies are always friendly. They do a great job cleaning. My only, very minor, complaint would be that I would like a set time of arrival for each visit. I’m very satisfied and I would recommend Merry Maids.
