Basically, it comes down to the person representing the company/service provider. Thus far, MM has provided the services for me(as an old man) on a timely and efficient basis.
Dawn Elliott has the mentoring ability to assist in the training of individuals desiring to work for MM. Whatever her compensation...increase it. Training is the key to productivity and great performance is the result.
As for the products, I'm very satisfied with whatever product may be used for maintaining my home.
In any trade, business or profession...those representing the company and management are the people that make the company prosper or fold.
A suggestion: Get input/suggestions from those that are performing the services as to what may work better if implemented. If two people are working to solve a problem, there exists twice the knowledge to make things more efficient and productive.
