I like it that I can depend on having the service every time. I am pleased that the cleaner also brings all the equipment and supplies that are needed. I am glad to know that the company does offer benefits to the employees.

Lastly, I have been happy when I have the same cleaner each time. BUT recently this has not always happened. I give Liz a 10, and it is my hope that she always be my regular cleaner. I don't like dealing with new persons even if it is only occasionally.

I like the willingness of your staff to work with us to meet our needs, and the attention to detail and the commitment of the office staff when dealing with our concerns.

Super cleaning job, but no chemical smell! I especially liked the way the items in the rooms were rearranged a bit to look more attractive, as if a professional organizer had been there!

I do not know for sure which products you use, but they seem to be very friendly to our home. Your personnel are always polite when we see them, most of the time they are at our home alone. I can tell when our house is not as neat some times when they come, I think they miss some of the deeper cleaning on those days trying to get the surface work done.

Service is professionally provided. I like that environmentally friendly products are used. I have similar cloths (Norwex) that I used between cleanings.

Overall, Merry maids is great. There can be inconsistencies depending on who is cleaning the home on a given day, but overall I'd highly recommend their services. We particularly like when they use the air freshener. That is where consistnecy could be better ,sometimes they use it...sometimes they don't....

Everything except I really need them from 9:00 a.m. Until 11:30 or 12:00 due to 1:00 p.m. Doctors apptmts in Pensacola ...other than that I am very satisfied.
