We hired Merry Maids to do a move-out clean at an apartment and we're extremely satisfied with the work that was done.

Meghan cleaned my 2bd/2ba apartment, and overall she did a great job. I requested a deep, move-in/move-out clean because I wanted to get as much of my security deposit back as possible.

She was very quick, though maybe too quick. There were a few things I had to do after her work was complete, which is why I am giving an 8 instead of a 10 (for some reason, I can't change the 9 button to an 8).

1. I had to wipe down the outer surface of some bathroom cabinets that were visibly dirty/had water marks,
2. I had to re-vacuum the carpeted corners of one of the bedrooms because I could still see a layer of dust,
3. I had to wipe down walls that still had dust on them and use a magic eraser for larger smudges,
4. a cabinet in one of the bathrooms was missed - there was a large blue soap/liquid spill and I was surprised it was not cleaned up by Meghan. Unfortunately, I did not take a photo since I was working under a strict deadline.

I would still recommend Merry Maids despite these missed items, because of the unbeatable price and the amazing staff. Meghan and Chad (owner) were both so excellent to work with.

Your maids do very good work.

I like that the cleaners mop the floors, clean the bathrooms. vacuum, and clean the kitchen so my house looks good. They come twice a month.
They call/email so I know who will be there. I usually request that they come in the early afternoon.

Both our kids and their families were here for the long weekend starting on Friday and it really gave me peace of mind that Dawn was here to clean on Wednesday. She always does a great job. Thank you very much.
