The services given by Elana are excellent. She states clearly what her goals for the cleaning are and she carries through. The two times I did not have Elana the jobs were shoddily done and incomplete.
The products are fine, it is the excellent use of them, by Elana, that pleases me.

The house is always clean when they are done and they listen to my requests (such as fragrance free products and pricing concerns).
