My initial communication via phone about the service and estimated pricing were clear and prompt. They were also accommodating since I had reached out less than a week before my move out date. Everything we had discussed; i.e. leaving door unlocked, being done before noon were right on. When I arrived to my apartment to lock up, they were all done and out already. The place looked flawless and to my standards as well as the apartments move out check-list. I will definitely recommend them to others as well as utilize the service again when needed.

I love coming home to a clean house. The minute i open the door, I can smell the freshness of the cleaning products that are used. I often share with friends that they should let Merry Maids do the cleaning of their home. I am a satisfied customer for the past 20 years.

The young woman who cleans is very thorough. The products she uses on wood floors, bathrooms and stainless steel in the kitchen work exceedingly well. She is very personable and dependable.

Our house was excellently cleaned. It was so nice knowing that our house was taken care of. The cleaner, Anna, also took care of our puppy. It is great knowing that our puppy was also taken care of in addition to the house. She really went above and beyond.

Very thoughtful and service oriented in Office and also in my home

I like how clean they leave our home, and the fresh smell, but am somewhat concerned about whether they are doing long term harm to our furnishings.

I appreciate all the little extra's our guy does for us - plays with our dog, arranges our childrens stuffed animals, etc. He is wonderful!
