Nancy's communication was great. She was able to work within my delicate moving schedule during a holiday week. Then, when the previous owner refused to vacate a portion of the home on the day of cleaning, she was really flexible and understanding - and managed to send back her team later that week to complete the cleaning when the full property was vacated.

The Merry Maids teams of two who visit our home bi-weekly always leave it looking and feeling fresh and tidy. They dive into the most needed tasks immediately - bathrooms in particular. They're pleasant, affable, and friendly. As we're an older couple and one of us is disabled, their quiet presence is particularly appreciated.

The products they use to clean are either unscented or lightly scented. Given what we know of the allergenic effects of excessive perfuming, this is a significant policy.

Being a cleaning person is hard work. We respect the Merry Maids team members and wish them well.
