I don't know what products are used. Like the reliability of the service and the thoroughness. Always very clean. Unfortunately we have had several breakages. We do have a lot of glass in our house and we realize it's difficult to be speedy and careful at the same time. Would appreciate a little more care being taken.

I like that they come consistently (same day, same time) so we can stay out of their way or plan to be home when they are finished. The house smells and looks very clean. They are very nice to have in our home and even my son who is afraid of vacuum cleaners looks forward to meeting whomever is cleaning our house any given week. There is always at least one individual who you know and who can orient the other to the home. They're wonderful!
