The two people who came were very friendly and professional. They worked hard and did a good job. I thought that you were going to send 3 people and only 2 arrived. Everything did not get done in 3 hours but regardless I was very pleased.

I am satisfied with the services and products used. I have one small request. I have oriental carpets on hardwood floors. I would appreciate it if the cleaners would straighten the fringe on the carpets after they vacuum. Thanks.

I like Dina as she is on time and does a great job. I do have one suggestion..many employees use cell phones. I don't mind a brief contact like from a child or an appointment conversation. But often it goes on often or there are multiple long calls....is there a rule about cell use?"
