I've never used a cleaning service until now, so my expectations were at the 'moderate' level. The first time they came out, there were two of them who spent only 2-1/2 hours and cleaned every square inch of my home until every surface was clean enough to eat off of. They were very respectful, polite, accommodating, and personable. I was absolutely thrilled with how well and thoroughly they cleaned my house. I'm now signed up to have them clean my house indefinitely. I *LOVE* Merry Maids!

Betty was great! She listened to the homeowner and Betty was always able to answer every question we had for her. Scheduling directly with Betty was easy and the clear communications leading up to the day of the home cleaning was appreciated. So clean and fresh, they really brought a nice shine to this home. every thing came out fine. The house looks almost like new. The team of two wre wonderful and worked very hard to please us My next visit is on April 1 Wednesday. I WOULD LIKE THE SAME TEAM MOTHER AND DAUGHTER NORMA AND TANIA TO DUE THE WORK N APRIL. There was one thing I was not to pleased with. We had an 830-900am arrival and the team didnt show up until after 10am. IWANT THEM HERE AGAIN AT 830am on april 1st. Please call me to let me know if that is ok and that I get them as the cleaners. Communication with staff is excellent and they all are willing to make the experience a good one. Nice to treat yourself to a clean house when you don’t always have the time to do it yourself.
