The cleaning people seem contentious and do a good job of cleaning. I like the "team" approach to cleaning my home. I also appreciate the level of communication between Merry Maids and me, so I know if a team is running late, etc.

Cleaners do a good job. They are generally here when scheduled, they work hard, and home is clean when they leave. I love having my home cleaned by Merry Maids!

I am very pleased with your customer service and your company in general. However, I don't think your cleaners know what a "deep clean" is. Even after the crew came back for a touch up, it still isn't what I would call a deep clean and things I specifically asked for before both visits weren't done (mainly the baseboards and edges of floors). I didn't want to reach out again to the office because the cleaning was good enough and I didn't want you to feel like you had to send anyone out again or give a discount or anything. Honestly, the only reason I am telling you now is because you should know that your crews might need a little more training on the details of a deep clean. I also understand how hard it is to find workers these days, so I know there is very little you can do if the ones you have are a little less thorough than you want them to be. Please know that I stand by my good reviews of your company because you (the owners/managers) truly seem to care about doing a good job and making the customer happy and you deserve recognition for that. Thanks!

I know very little about the products you use in my home, so I have no opinion on this topic.

This was my first time doing this kind of service, as I wanted to treat myself. I was very happy and satisfied with the job the two ladies did! I do have a house with a lot of decor and items, and it was all done very well, I was very happy with it.

I may have a simpler service done every other month, I am not sure yet. I will be in contact to see what will fit my schedule best. Thank you!
