My house is sparkling clean

every thing came out fine. The house looks almost like new. The team of two wre wonderful and worked very hard to please us My next visit is on April 1 Wednesday. I WOULD LIKE THE SAME TEAM MOTHER AND DAUGHTER NORMA AND TANIA TO DUE THE WORK N APRIL. There was one thing I was not to pleased with. We had an 830-900am arrival and the team didnt show up until after 10am. IWANT THEM HERE AGAIN AT 830am on april 1st. Please call me to let me know if that is ok and that I get them as the cleaners. I really like how easy the process was to make an appointment and feel that the price is appropriate for the quality of the service. The three people who came to my house were kind, respectful, polite handy fission.

Communication with staff is excellent and they all are willing to make the experience a good one. Nice to treat yourself to a clean house when you don’t always have the time to do it yourself. Green products as well. They referred a window cleaner to me and the windows are amazingly clean. Thanks for the great service! Well done Merry Maids.

Customer service is very responsive and if there are issues with the cleaning they are remedied usually the next day. The company seems very focused on making sure customers are satisfied.

Not really aware of what products you are using

Being a family member of one who receives the Merry Maid service, I love the clean fresh look and feel of my fathers condo even many days after you’ve been in to clean. Vacuuming, dusting and wiping floors and surfaces are just what he needed help with!

I like the person I have coming (anna) who is excellent. I also like you bring all the products necessary to do the job.

Tabitha is very thorough and sweet. She has an eye for detail and always does a fantastic job. I like the text message that they are on their way. It gives me time to kennel my dogs and pick up their toys.
