Initial cleaning was great; the individuals cleaning our home were very nice, kind people, enjoyed having them; communicated well, asked questions for clarity, this was appreciated, satisfied, happy with the service provided.

The response time was amazingly quick. The communication was easy to understand and very service oriented and respectful. But, most of all, Heartful and Compassionate. The work was done and housekeeper was friendly receptive and kind in addition to being an excellent worker. Someone I would invite into my mothers home again. Highly recommend Merry Maids!

The cleaning team members are always friendly and work hard. They do an especially good job with the bathrooms and kitchen.

I'm in a townhouse community and most of us have hardwood floors throughout. My floors actually shine as well as do the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Sending out two people makes the job quicker. Paolo has always been part of the team who has come out; possibly this makes a positive difference.
Now I feel I can leave home while they clean as they're both trustworthy and efficient.

I am really happy that I found Merry Maids, my house has never been this clean, ever!! They just do a phenomenal job. I don't know what the secret ingredients are in their cleaning products but they work like magic and are also eco friendly, so no harsh chemicals!!
