What I do like is the fact that they show up, generally within the time frame they are expected. Since I am never there I'm not sure what products they use. I do not think that the bowl cleaner kills germs very well as I frequently find that there are pink mold lines that form under the toilet rim before they come again in two week. Nor do I think what they use on the stainless steel sink works all that well.

What I like most is Jenelle, an expert cleaner and dedicated to excellence. The time before this past one, she had not been to my house in six weeks and it was a mess. But she took the time to take care of everything, even if it took her some extra time. And when she came last week, she was late (she'd been held up at her previous client) and I was her last client of the day, but she still took all the time she needed to do a spectacular job. She is a real asset.
I like that you are reliable. That is number one. All of your staff seem to get along with our little dogs ! Very important.
I'm not happy with using water on hardwood floors or Pergo. I think that when we remind them to not use water, they listen and do as we ask.
