THE FACT THAT i DO NOT HAVE TO CLEAN IT. - A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT ARE NOT GETTING DONE - THE GLASS STOVE STOP IS NOT CLEAN, USUALLY STREAKED ALSO AND I HAVE A FABRIC OTTOMAN THAT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IT'S BEEN VACUUMED IN WEEKS.
I like the products im not sure what they are as I have Anna use my Norwex cleaning cloths mostly. I like how willing merry maids are to adjust certain requests if needed and most of all I love the way Anna works and cleans my house. I have never had anyone who cleans like she does. She seems to just know what I like and how it should be done. She is awesome.

Tabatha has been excellent in cleaning my house, and Ashley in the office has been so helpful on the phone all the time
The young lady that cleaned our house was courteous and did a fine job. The only thing that needed cleaning that she may have missed was the walk in shower walls had soap residue on them. She either missed the walls or sprayed the and forgot to wipe them down.
The cleaning crew is usually pleasant and willing to do something they may not have thought of or forgotten. It's a reliable service.

The gal I have now, Anna, is very thorough and handles equipment nicely.
In the past a couple of times I have had bad luck with someone hitting the wall with a pail or long handle, but most gals are good. Sometimes it only takes one to spoil something. For a long time I have had excellent service, and I really appreciate it.

Worker was able to independently work - and worked hard. Products used were better than the competition and more effective. Worker washed the floors - again the competition only dusted them.
