Thia gal did use pine at the beginning, but I didn't notice any more after that. I believe the water needed changing oftener. Some floors were done nicer than others which appeared just a bit smeared. Otherwise, it was okay and speedy.

With the exception on 1 time- I have been very pleased with the service. I appreciate that things are kept in the same position - dusted and put back in place. That shows respect and integrity. Thank you !

We really like the services - I like the smell of cleaning supplies when I walk into the house, so I actually would have preferred for them to be a little stronger :), but the cleaning job was professional, efficient, and thorough. I also liked the note at the end of the cleaning when done.

I trust all the maids in our home and this is a huge deal! Overall the cleaning is good but not always consistent with the different maids over the year. Sometimes the maids seem rushed and don't get all the details. (For example cleaning the outside of shower door or finish cleaning the stove top in kitchen.) I always leave instructions. The last cleaning I had was by Rachael on 1/17. Rachel was very thorough and didn't miss the details. She did an excellent job!

Regular vacuuming of furniture, cushions, etc. Regular cleaning of windows -- above sink, patio door and front door sidelights. Cleaning, not dusting, light fixtures in dining room and eat in kitchen area.
