Reliability & flexibility of scheduled cleaning. Ashley is easy to communicate with & always very prompt in returning & accomodating all requests. Anna consistently cleans our house to perfection & if she has a partner with her, makes sure they keep to her standards.

The products used in cleaning the bathrooms was fantastic! I had some stains in toilets and showers that I had not been successful in my removing them and after the cleaning yesterday, they are gone.
Also products used on windows and mirrors leaves them shining with no streaking.
The house smells fresher with less dust.
The cleaner arrived within the scheduled time.

I've had the same Merry Maid for a couple of years now. She does a good job. I would like the company to use Mr. Clean bathroom sponges for bathtubs. The tub gets much whiter than what the MM use and a lemon fragrance in the vacuum bags. I have suggested this before and it doesn't make any difference, nothing changes.

I like that I can rely on having my house cleaned on schedule.
