One thing I really like is that they do not need to be told everything that needs to be done. If the chandler needs dusting or a mirror needs cleaning they will see it and take care of it without my requesting it. They see more to do than I do!

You should update your cleaning products, i.e., using swiffers for floors and dusting furniture. Cleaners would not have to get on their hands and knees to scrub floors. Also, new vacuum's would be desired. Mr. Clean bathtub cleaners would do the trick. There are much better cleaning products than Servicemaster.
