I like the predictability of services, the written sheet summarizing what was done on each visit and highlighting what will be done on the next visit (very helpful for my own prep and planning). I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the cleaning staff and of the Merry Maids management.

we just got back from Vacation Friday the 21st and Jill had cleaned our house thoroughly as usual. We walked in to a clean and clean smelling house - it was wonderful. Jill always does an excellent job.
