We are very happy with Seyara. She does an excellent job, is thorough, and responsive to our requests. Merry Maids has been responsive to any issues that we have had in the past with other associates who may not have provided services up to the standards we require.

I sent an email this week with comments--but have not heard back. I think everything was well done and somethings done that I did not mention specifically. With a previous cleaner my trash cans were not emptied--this was not the case with Molly. She did a good job.

I do appreciate when the cleaning is specifically in an area where they are concentrating on more thorough cleaning such as dusting the ceiling fans, dusting the blinds and wiping the cupboards. They have always been very professional and very nice.
