I had requested that a specific employee - Cherilyn -- clean my house. I made this request after a few cleanings by other employees which were "less than impressive." I like that the Merry Maids staff were responsive to my request. Cherilyn does an excellent job!

I can't really answer at this time since I've only had the service once. Not sure what cleaners she used but thought it strange that I didn't smell anything since she had just finished when I got there. For the most part she did a great job. There was just some small issues.

I enjoy having Sue come to my apartment and clean for me as I have had 34 surgerys for Cancer, 2 artificale knees and galblater surgery. I tell all my friends and relatives about Merry Maids and I feel that I can't say enough about you all. As for the cleaning supplies I have alot of allergies and your supplies do not bother me at all. YOU ALL ARE A#1 IN MY BOOKS. THANK YOU AGAIN.

We appreciate the call the day before and the flexibility of your provider. We are in the process of selling our house and the provider adjusted her work load in our house to make sure the floors and bathrooms had a sparkle to them.

The crew has done a thorough job lately which I appreciate. Cleaning chemicals need to better match the home eg Comet or Ajax for a porcelain sink, Lime Away for homes that have well water due to mineral content.

I am alergic to a lot of different sents and I like the smell of what they use. Yes I tell all of my friends and relatives to give you all a call because I think you all do a great job. Sue is promit, curtous, efictent and very nice to talk to.

Merry Maids is an ethic organization who stands behind thier words. Molly, our cleaner, and her team are consistent, reliable and meet this family's needs. I have two cats and Molly does a great job with them as well.
