The service is great with one of the girls I have, Michele. But sometimes she brings someone with her that may be in training, they don't do so well mostly because they do not follow Michele's orders, request or suggestions. One young lady was so bad at that I asked that she not come back. I love Michele's work! She is a perfectionist like me, she works hard and she follows my request if I have any. I always want her for my cleaning work.

I really liked the clean smell, but not chemical smell, of the products they used. The two gals, Linda and Hannah, were very detailed about the cleaning. Much more than I ever have been! My husband and I are very pleased with their work and look forward to the next seven cleanings.

Michelle does a terrific job cleaning our home. She pays attention to details and always leaves our home thoroughly clean and sweet smelling and does it with a smiling face and a very good attitude.

Service is excellent. There are a few products that I would replace such as furniture polish, I like a high shine, your product does not do that so well. Also I would replace the glass cleaner product you use.

Tammany and Carol also provide the services at my sister's home. She, too, is totally happy and impressed by this duo. Not only are their services exceptional, it is truly a pleasure to welcome them into my home and I look forward to their visits. Unfortunately, I could not say the same thing about other people who have filled in for Tammany or Carol. For instance, two weeks ago another young woman filled in for Tammany and accompanied Carol to my home. Needless to say, Carol knocked herself cleaning and I was totally disappointed by the other person's results. Kudos to Tammany and Carol and they are outstanding representatives of your organization and you should strive to make their skills and attitudes the goal of all your employees. So, candidly, to answer your question, I would recommend Merry Maids to others if Tammany and Carol were assigned to their homes.

The girls were very nice and made us feel comfortable having them in our home. They were quick and thorough as well.

Maids are always pleasant and efficient. House looks and smells great when they are finished.

My most recent cleaning was done by April. She did a very good job and I was happy with the appearance of my home when she was finished. I, also, want to mention that the Office Manager, Lisa, has always been of great help to me anytime I have needed to call the office.

It looks great! Felt so good to come home to a clean house!

Of course I like how clean my house is after your service. But it is also important to me that the people cleaning my house take the time to note my preferences and follow up on them consistently. As just a small example my dog likes to sleep near a table in my living room. There is often dog hair behind the table. The Merry Maids get it every time!
