Love the women that do the work--they're attention to detail & the quality of the work they do is wonderful.

I can look forward to a perfect cleaning every time my Merry Maid, Michelle comes to my house. I feel secure to know that she will take care of my home like it was hers. People come over and usually the first thing they will say is "your house is so clean" and of course it is.

Not real crazy about the smell of the product used to clean bathrooms. Angie is now using something else that doesn't bother us as much. Also, don't think the "dusters" used pick up the dust as much as move it around.

Service is top-notch. The house always smells very nice after Merry Maids has been there. We are very happy with the service.

Reliable consistent worker

Our cleaners go the extra mile. They arrange things on table in a neat and orderly way. They fold the ends of the toilet paper rolls and paper towel rolls in a triangle. They even arrange the stuffed animals on our children's bed in a row. These are little things that we would certainly not expect but it's nice that they care enough to do these extras.

Angie does a terrific job. She is prompt, efficient and a pleasure to have in my house.

I like when Sheena cleans. I can be sure thst she doesn't miss anything like some of the other ladies.

Products smelled great and worked very well. Our cleaner, Edina, was fantastic. She was so quiet and quick that I didnt expect the very dirty house to be spotless, but, when she was done, it was! She did not miss one nook or cranny, and every single thing was cleaned to perfection. She was also very friendly and personalble. Very, very happy with the results.

The girl, Michele, that does my cleaning is absolutely the best! I do not know what I would do without her. She is better than I ever was at cleaning my house! When she leaves my home just sparkles and I know for sure it is as clean as it could possibly be. I highly recommend Merry Maids,especially if you like a sparkling clean house!

I think the people who come to my home are very nice and, in general, do excellent work. However, sometimes I notice some things are skipped.

The house is always left very clean. I also appreciate being asked to check things over before the person leaves in case anything is missed (which nothing ever has been missed).

Dependable

The ladies are very friendly and respectful. Overall, we have no complaints about service. They have been flexible in the schedule when we've needed to change it. I'm not a big fan of the "vinegary" smell of the products but know they're effective.
