I like that I have the same person all the time, Michelle and she always does a fabulous job! I provide my own floor cleaner Mop n' Glo for the kitchen and hall as I do not like using vinegar. I also provide my own trash bags for the kitchen as they are made for my trash can.

The girls did a great job cleaning! Products- less smearing and smelled like citrus. Very nice. Bathrooms smelled disinfected which is great. I was happy with the service and look forward to continuing it.

Since I can't clean my home myself, I appreciate having Angie come over and clean for us.

Angie is completely competent, friendly, and any other thing you can say in a positive manner. She requests that we go over the areas cleaned and if anything missed, she will gladly fix it.

The only thing I really have an issue with is your cleaning products. The floors are clean, no doubt about it, but the clean smell doesn't last and the floors do not shine. Angie said she uses the general product for this that she is suppose to, but I was wondering if you had anything different. We have laminate flooring and linoleum. I don't know if the product is leaving a film on it and it just needs buffed or what. I hate to ask Angie to do any buffing because I know that is additional work. So, I thought maybe a different product would do it in addition to a fresher smell like lemon instead the vinegar or something. This is nothing against Angie, I think she does a great job.
