The girls are very friendly & if they missed something I bring it to their attention. The products are good. I did have a problem with one of your staff. She wanted me to lock my cat in a room & I told her no. I have 3 cats & they ate friendly & I should not have to put my cats in a room. They need to advise you if they are allergic to smoke or scared of cats so they don't come to my house to clean. They do keep missing the top of my refriderator & I keep telling them that is part of cleaning. The of course clean it but at times forget. Also the top of the stove hood should be cleaned as well & that was missed last week. I cleaned that when I saw it was not done.

I like that the person cleaning is very efficient and always asks what I want done and then does it. He really tries his best because my house is really a mess.

The bathroom fixtures are shiney and the scented room freshener smells good. The dusting and vacuuming is usually pretty good. The followup that the office has if there is any type of issue.

The product used was great. The products are also safe for small children.
