Products are good. Not smelly. Still not that satisfied with my master bath shower. Linda is great. Some of the ladies she's partnered with are good others not so. But all in all, very happy.

Good products however you do not have granite cleaner or puter cleaner for appliances I have to provide them. If a new team comes I need to tell them to pick up nick nacks when cleaning!!

I am very satisfied with the girls who clean my home, but not completely happy with the products used to clean. I personally like to clean with a bleach based cleaner.

Your service is always excelent. My house is really a chalange and the house always looks just great when I come home on the day of the cleaning. I have three dogs and two cats and my house is really a challenge.

The team does a great job, and the customer service reps are very attentive. Linda has been working on my house for most of the last six years, and she is very reliable and efficient.

Great staff and very reliable service. Most products used in the home are fine; however, we asked to substitute some of our familiar products, e.g. products to clean the tile floors vs. Merry Maid products. The accommodation was made right way.

Just started with MM.....but initial visit great. I've always used a cleaning person rather than a cleaning service. I like the comfort of knowing there's an entire company there....and that if cleaning crew unable to come or whatever, there are others they can send. Also, seem able to accommodate special requests.

Thorough, high quality

First I need to clarify that not all of Merry Maids' employees would receive this rating. I wanted to be fair and give others a chance, but there is a big difference between the service Danielle and Lisette provide and those provided by others. The reason I'm rating Merry Maids a 9 is because you allowed me to choose Danielle and Lisette, for which I am very grateful. If I were rating Danielle and Lisette only, I would give them an 11. They do an extraordinary job in every way. When I come home, not only does my house look very clean, it also smells clean. They really do a superb job.
