The team was friendly and thorough. We've only had one cleaning so it's hard to tell for sure, but I think we are off to a good start. I am going to buy some Rejuvenate for them to use on my wood floors as I understand it brings up the shine better than Murphy's.

I did like Murphy's Oil Soap on wooden floors, but the new product is not good at all.

Although I'm always at work when the merry maids come to my house I know they've cleaned because everything is shiny, the house smells great and carpets have been vacuumed immaculately. Also, the hardwood floors are spotless. I'm very happy with their work.

Merry Maids has some great teams

I like that fact that you use most of your own products and will honor a customer's request to use their products. However, I REALLY like the vacuums you use; they're extremely powerful and always do a great job on my carpets.

After one not so great cleaning, I called and spoke to Barbara. She was so nice and listened to my concerns. Since then my cleanings have been awesome. So far I am very pleased with the Merry Maids, if I want my cleaning products used there is no problem. If I needed an extra day or two to pay them there is no problem. Now my cleaning person does an awesome job (I wish I could remember her name). I would definitely recommend the Merry Maids to a friend. Thank you!!

The 2 ladies were so great! Even despite me being in the way (I was working from home). They also remembered me from 3 years ago (and my previous cat which meant a lot to me). The work was done perfectly. I would like to request that they are always who cleans my apt.

Great service from office for scheduling and rescheduling. Team is also excellent. I have had lInda coming for most of 7 years, and she does a fine job. Helpful that you have adjusted to products that fit my home (vinegar for wood floors, etc.), and products smell good.
