They were prompt and quick, which is what I needed! When I pointed out something they wasn't quite to my standards, they quickly corrected it without arguments. They even encouraged me to look for anything else they needed to fix! Victor is enthusiastic and eager to meet my needs. I really enjoyed working with them.

Cleaner was very efficient and professional but not friendly (not even a smile to greet)
She didnt check what we needed done for example if we wanted the trash taken out or if we wanted the dishes done (there were only a few) which was listed as part of the service. So not sure what all she did or didnt dowhich was listed as part of the service, although the apartment was overall left clean
