Usually the people that come to my house do a very thorough job of cleaning. The times I have had problems I must chalk up to humanness. We all have those days when things just aren't right in our lives and they reflect in our professional output. Otherwise I am very happy as reflected by the time I've remained a client with Merry Maids.

We use Merry Maids in one of our offices, and have never had a complaint from staff. That is extremely unusual.

Last few cleanings were very very good. There were a couple of missteps but they seem to have corrected the problem.

Victor is incredibly easy to speak to and is willing to be the one to come in if his crew aren't available. Any issues or questions are immediately passed on to us to make sure the cleaning is consistent and exactly what we need. Even when there are no issues, Victor checks in with us to make sure everything is good once a month or so.

Folks who come to my house, Linda and David are terrific people. I've had to ask that some details, like cleaning the ceiling fan be done, and they have also done extra things like vacuum the space not on the list by in clear need of vacuuming.
