Great products, I like that they bring everything with them, and I love Christie - great girl.

The girls are always professional and very friendly. From time to time they will ask if everything is ok. Always willing to do something special you ask of them and respect your wishes if you want something cleaned a certain way or with your own cleaner.

Some of the products they use are not as effective as you may have; I think that could be an improvement.

Our girl went right to work cleaning the house up and down. She never stopped and finished by 12 noon.
The products seem to be fine . However, whatever was used on the kitchen floor left it a bit slippery.

Kayla was so very polite. Was very efficient. Asked me to look over everything before she left. Like that you use all you own products etc. Personally I prefer a scented product though. Very happy with service.

Although I prefer the "bucket of water with cleaner" your methods adequately did the job. I accomplished what I wanted, which was to get the bathroom and kitchen cleaned, plus vacuuming the hallway, lr and dr. Because I have cats who "lick their paws", I requested Kayla use my cleaner on the tile floors, which was no problem. Due to cost I would not be able to set up regular visits, but would call again when I needed special cleaning.

It's been about 6 months, and we are happy with our service.

All products used work and smell great. Yolanda does a fantastic job. I am very pleased with my services. My mother in law is considering hiring Merry Maids for her home in Florida

The ladies are always firendly and very professonal. I don't know too much about the products used except they make the house smells fresh; they seem to do a good job. Perhaps better floor products to get up scuff marks easier.
