All the ladies are professional and the girls back at the office are always accommodating. Most products used are good some others I feel could be better. I do have the ladies use my products for certain things.
I'm not sure every employee is trained the same way, ie cleaning everything in a room they are suppose to, or removing area rugs to clean the floor. Most do, some don't.

The ladies come promptly. Once I commented on the mirrors being blurry and looking like they were smeared and the next week they used a different cleaner and the mirrors were then as shiny as they should be.

I have tried so hard to clean certain areas in my house, and with no success. But Kristy came in and did the job that I guess I was too lazy to figure out myself. The job she did was awesome and I would recommend them to anyone.

My home not only looked clean it smelled clean when the girls left. I have had a hard time keeping up with cleaning all summer due to a bad hip which I thought was bursitis but found out needed to be replaced. Now my hip is replaced & my home is clean while I recooperate

The girls are always professional and very friendly. From time to time they will ask if everything is ok. Always willing to do something special you ask of them and respect your wishes if you want something cleaned a certain way or with your own cleaner.

Some of the products they use are not as effective as you may have; I think that could be an improvement.
