The Maids are always in favor of doing what is asked. Sometimes, that does not follow through to the next visit. I've asked that they vacuum under and behind the furniture with their long wand. It is done when I request it. The next time, it isn't. I realize the Maids can be different with each visit, but a request should be added to our agenda. And, I have recommended you to others. I never followed through to see if they did hire you.

Keep up the good work. I'm very pleased with the job you do my house. You come on the days that are scheduled. When I have a schedule problem you work with me to make things easy. Thank.

Barb, tried to send this back several times, but it wouldn't change the 'page.'

Both homes were happy with cleanings, and liked Stephanie a lot.

I would like to change the product used on the hardwood floors to something not oil-based. It left small smears on floor and made the floors a little slippery.

Can we switch to a disinfectant-based product like PineSol or something like that for the hardwoods? The oil-based product produces a better shine, but with the kids running around, we'd rather have something that isn't slippery. I can supply if you let me know.

Since I'm a very particular housekeeper, I hesitated for some time to choose a cleaning service. But at age 74, it's very difficult to maintain my house any longer because of severe arthritis pain.
